🛠️ Refund & Return Policy

At Elite Concrete Products, we take pride in building tools that work hard and stand out. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

✅ Returns

We accept returns on unused tools in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Must include proof of purchase (order # or receipt).

  • Custom items are not returnable (see below).

(Please do not send items back without approval.)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

🔁 Exchanges

Need to swap for a different size or item?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll try to make it happen (based on availability).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized tools 

  • Tools that have been used

  • Clearance or final sale items

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Use a trackable method — we aren’t responsible for lost return shipments.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We’re human — and so are shippers.
If your order arrived wrong or damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
